Sonic the Hedgehog is out on digital and it’s fantastic. I love it. I could be biased because I played the game when I was younger and have recently played it with my son. Sonic the Hedgehog is funny, it’s got a solid cast and is true to its origin and has cool gadgets. My […]
Dolittle (2020)
We thought Dolittle was just lovely. And I was a complete sceptic. I’m talking about the Doctor Dolittle movie staring Robert Downey Jnr released in 2020. I wasn’t a sceptic because of the previous two movies starring Eddie Murphy (or maybe there were three). Nor was it because of the horrible reviews I’ve recently read, […]
Toy Story 4 – finally the right ending
Toy Story 4 was better than I could have imagined. It brought the gang back together with some HILARIOUS new toys and it feels like the story finally ended in the right way.

It’s really a great great movie! Maybe even the best of the four.
Mom Night Out: Watching I Feel Pretty at Palace Platinum Central Cinemas
Mom Night Out: I feel Pretty at Palace Platinum Cinemas I feel pretty is the funniest movie I’ve watched this year. It was also made really awesome by the fact that I watched it with one of my best friends at Palace Platinum at Central Park Mall. I never do “Mom Night Out” so I’m […]

Storks – The animated movie
Storks What a gorgeous family movie. I’m not the biggest fan of animated movies because there are generally awfully scary scenes or they just miss the mark but I just loved this movie. I don’t know if Storks can be classified a “kids movie” but it is definitely a family movie. It leaves […]
Paddington Bear Movie (2014) – A mom’s review
The Paddington Bear Movie The Paddington Bear Movie of 2014 is a interesting take on the story of Paddington, originally written by Michael Bond. It’s not the same as any of the books but has retained all the characters and stays true to Paddington’s story.
Dennis The Menace
Dennis The Menace Dennis the Menace is a classic character and the 1993 movie version is fantastic. It’s so cute with the lead character and his troupe of friends. Walter Mathau plays Mr Wilson excellently with all the requisite grumpiness and the cast is generally on point. The movie is set in such a […]
