Is always so easy and flexible to travel on your own or with friends. You can go shopping, walk for long distance and exploring different places. But when it comes to bringing the kids out, we all know how that goes. That is a whole new twist to travel plan. Places have to be fun and interesting. They also have to be safe for the kids.

I’ve put together The 10 Best Places to Visit in Singapore with Kids with both indoor and outdoor activities.

Fret not! Singapore has loads of fun places for the kids and family to explore! Let’s take a look at these places and don’t forget to mark it down if you are planning a trip to Singapore 😉

1.  Visit Singapore Zoo.

The most popular place to visit in Singapore has to be the zoo.

Kids who love animals will definitely love it. There are many interesting things and animals to explore. You get to feed the animals at certain time of the day too.

Now you even get to dine with the orangutans and take a pic together with them! How awesome is that?

2.   Spend some time at ACRES with the rescued animals.

ACRES stands for the Animal Concerns Research and Education Society. It is a non-governmental organisation and a registered animal welfare charity with the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth in Singapore.

This is a great place where kids get to learn more about wildlife rescue. It houses animals, including tortoises, turtles and iguanas, that were rescued from illegal wildlife trade. You can get more information off the ACRES website.

3. Garden by The Bay

If you’ve seen pictures of people on holiday to Singapore, they probably have a photo of Garden by the Bay. It’s iconic. This is a beautiful nature park spanning 101 hectares of reclaimed land in the Central Region of Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir.

It is rated one of the top 3 things to do in Singapore. Family gets to explore the greens and dry/wet playground.

Here is a calendar of events where you can check out what’s going on during the period that you are travelling. Be sure to check it out before you visit.

4.   Discover Singapore’s Stunning Beaches.

The Sentosa Beaches are the best. You can unwind at beach clubs, engage in water sports or team bonding activities. There is so much to do at Siloso, Palawan, and Tanjong Beach.

Parents can opt to build sandcastle with their kids or just chill and relax by the beach.

There are cafes by the side where you can “eye power” them while chill.

5.  Take a TreeTop Walk

The MacRitchie Reservoir TreeTop Walk is a refreshing and beautiful place where you can connect with nature.

It is really quite big and at certain part of the area is difficult to navigate so make sure you know where you’re going. We have seen lots of families carrying young kids and exploring  while it remains exciting for the older kids.

You should visit the Parks Website for more details before going to MacRitchies.
