STAR WARS Identities at the Powerhouse Museum

For all those Stars Wars fans, this is for you!!

STAR WARS^TM Identities at the Powerhouse Museum is launching this November. My son might just be first in line. He knows very little about Star Wars other than the fact that he thinks he loves it! He’s even tried to go as a Storm Trooper for Halloween.

There is even the opportunity to see it without the children! Just read on a bit.

Who would you be if you were a character from Star Wars? Do you think you are more a Yoda or a Darth Vader?

The question is whether your choices lead you on a path to the dark side of the Force? Are you a Wookiee Jedi Knight or maybe an Ewok with fighter-pilot skills?

Fans of the galactic series will be given the opportunity to discover the forces that shape them and the Star Wars character they most identify with in STAR WARS^TM Identities at the Powerhouse Museum.

This interactive adventure will premier in Australia at the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney on Friday 16 November, 2018.

STAR WARS Identities at the Powerhouse Museum is designed for visitors of all ages. Each station will provide insights that help you define a unique Star Wars character. You will create this character as you go along and then meet them at the end of the exhibition.

This amazing exhibition uses technology and expertise in the fields of neuropsychology, psychology, and biochemistry, interwoven to help you work out who you are!

The movie memorabilia collection

There is also a collection of over 200 original artefacts, costumes, and props from the Lucasfilm archives, to lead Star Wars fans on a personal Identity Quest.

Along the way rare treasures from the Lucasfilm archives and original costumes, props, models and artworks will be on display. There’s BB-8, R2-D2, the Millennium Falcon, Yoda from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back™. There is even the Darth Vader’s suit from Star Wars: Return of the Jedi™.

Wanting to see it without the kids!?

There is an opportunity to experience the STAR WARS^TM Identities at the Powerhouse Museum without any children. On Thursday, 15 November 2018 there is a special adults-only night!

This special evening will feature space experts and activities, a Zero Gravity Space lab, prizes for the best costumes and an exclusive opportunity to experience the exhibition before it opens to the public.
