Holey Moley in Newtown

Essentially its 18 holes of putt putt in a pub space. While that may sound a little strange, it actually makes for an awesome game because instead of going long and wide, you have to go up and over!

There is a downstairs section and an upstairs, both of which have 9 holes which are very different from one another. I don’t know which course we preferred actually.

Pittwater Mini Golf – the best putt putt on the beaches

Pittwater Mini Golf During the school holidays one of my favourite things to do is take my son to Pittwater Mini Golf. We have of course visited on weekends but mini golf with a three year old princess can swiftly become a nightmare. There are 2 courses of 18 holes all set within a pirate […]

Museum of Fire

The Museum of Fire in Penrith I think I’ve been wanting to take the kids to the Museum of Fire since we first went to the Blue Mountains. Almost three years of waiting. That’s a looong wait. Finally, my husband relented and we got to visit the Museum of Fire on our recent trip to […]

Dee Why Coastal Walk – along the cliffs with Kids

Dee Why Coastal Walk – along the cliffs with Kids The Dee Why Coastal Walk is beautiful. It’s really unassuming, almost hidden. It’s just a lovely nature walk.  My husband discovered the Dee Why Coastal Walk when out running one day. He then bravely took the kids for a walk, by himself. Upon seeing the […]
