Terms and Conditions for Competitions and Giveaways
Entry
1. Entry into the competition or giveaway that you entered is deemed acceptance of these conditions.
2. Entrants are allowed 1 entry, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway or competition itself.
3. A name and valid email address is required for proper entry into any competition or giveaway.
Privacy
4. By entering the competition or giveaway you authorise AllThingsMomSydney and its representatives to publish your name on its social media platforms.
5. By entering the competition or giveaway you authorise AllThingsMomSydney and its representatives, in the event of your winning the competition or the giveaway, to provide the prize provider with your email address. This is so that they can contact you regarding your prize.
The Prize
6. The Giveaway shall take place on the date specified on the blog post to which the Competition or Giveaway relates.
7. The winner of the Competition or Giveaway will be notified by email and given 48 hours to claim their prize thereafter another winner will be chosen.
8. The decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
Limitation of Liability
9. The sponsor of the competition or giveaway is listed in the blog post and they are soley responsible for the state, form and function of the prize. AllThingsMomSydney is in no way responsible for the functionality of the prize itself. Any comments, issues or complaints with the prize are to be directed to the sponsor of the Competition or Giveaway.
10. AllThingsMomSydney and the sponsor of the competition or giveaway assumes no responsibility or liability for
(a) Any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
(b) Any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Competition or Giveaway.
(c) Any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Competition or Giveaway.
(d) Inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof.
(e) Suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service.
(f) Any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Competition or Giveaway or download of any materials in the Competition or Giveaway.
11. If, for any reason, the Competition or Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition or Giveaway, AllThingsMomSydney reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or Giveaway in whole or in part.
